Tuition & Fees


At Cowlicks & Pigtails, we try our best to keep our Tuition Pricing low for the convenience of our families. 

With this, we also ensure to offer children and families the best opportunities throughout the year to enhance their learning! 

We hold various seasonal family events and also try to show our families that we truly care for them with regular family appreciation events! Many times, we raffle off a FREE week of childcare to our families during these family events.

We do accept PACE vouchers.

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for tuition even if your child is absent for any reason.

Infants (2 - 15 Months)

2 Days per week: $232

3 Days per week: $290

Toddlers (15 - 33 months)

Preschool & School Age (34 months - 7 years)

Tuition payments are due by Friday each week.  Payment is applied to the upcoming week and is due regardless of missed days due to illness or vacation and/or planned or unplanned center closings.  We do not issue refunds or add additional days to make up for unplanned delays, cancellations, or early closures caused by weather conditions, building system concerns, or any other circumstances outside of our direct control.

What is Drop in Care?

Drop in care is available for families whose children only come 2-4 days and need to pick up an extra day for any reason.

Please call the day before or the morning of to request drop in.

 Drop in is available on a first come, first serve basis and is contigent on ability to maintain proper ratio requirements. 

Wait List Fee (Non-refundable)

$50 reserves your spot on a waiting list. As spots open, phone calls will be made to families on the waitlist in the order their fee is paid. This fee is not applied towards your child's first week of tuition.

Registration Fee (Non-refundable)

Upon accepting a spot, your first week of tuition is due along with your Intake Agreement, Financial Contract and various children's records information.

Summer Activity Fee


Summer Activity Fee: $35/child or $50/family - Due June 1st of each year 


We fill our Summer Calendar with lots of fun for our children and families! We tend to bring field trips to the children!
